Al-Shabab Extends Winning Streak with 2-0 Victory Over Al-Kholood in Roshn Saudi League

Al-Shabab’s first football team continued their impressive run in the Roshn Saudi League this season, securing a 2-0 win against visiting Al-Kholood in the 27th round of the competition.

This marks Al-Shabab’s third consecutive victory in the league, following their recent triumphs over Al-Arouba and Al-Wehda in the previous matchdays.

The goals for Al-Shabab came from Cristian Guanca, who opened the scoring in the 12th minute, and Abdulrazzaq Hamdallah, who converted a penalty in the 45+4 minute.

With his latest strike, Hamdallah edged closer to equaling the all-time Saudi Pro League top scorer record held by Omar Al-Somah, narrowing the gap to just two goals.

The win lifted Al-Shabab to 49 points, solidifying their sixth-place position in the league standings. Meanwhile, Al-Kholood remained stuck at 31 points, holding onto 11th place after the defeat.

Al-Shabab will look to maintain their momentum as they push for a higher finish in the remaining fixtures of the season.
