Al Ahli Secures Fifth Place with Dominant Performance

Al Ahli delivered a commanding performance, defeating Al Qadsiah 4-1 at the Alinma Stadium. The win saw Al Ahli climb to fifth place in the Saudi Pro League standings with 44 points, while Al Qadsiah dropped to fourth place, trailing Al Nassr on goal difference.

English striker Ivan Toney opened the scoring for Al Ahli in the 11th minute from the penalty spot. Mohamed Bakr extended the lead in the 27th minute, and an own goal by Al Qadsiah’s Nacho in the 42nd minute made it 3-0. Mexican player Kenyonis pulled one back for Al Qadsiah in the 48th minute, but Toney completed his brace in the 52nd minute to seal the victory.


Al Qadsiah will need to regroup quickly to maintain their position in the top half of the table
