Pyramids FC Claims African Asian Pacific Continental Cup Title with 3-1 Victory Over Al-Ahli Saudi

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – Pyramids FC of Egypt secured a historic 3-1 victory over hosts Al-Ahli Saudi to win Triple Continental Cup, part of the current Intercontinental Cup season. The match took place at the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Sports City stadium in Jeddah.


Pyramids’ forward Fiston Mayele was the hero of the match, scoring a hat-trick with goals in the 21st, 71st, and 75th minutes. Al-Ahli’s sole goal came from Ivan Toney in the 45th minute.


This win sees Pyramids FC advance to the final consolidated stage of the tournament, scheduled to be held in Doha this December, where they will face the winner of the Americas derby.
