Jeddah to Host the Elite AFC Champions League Finals

The city of Jeddah is preparing to host the AFC Champions League Elite matches, starting from the quarter-finals up to the final. This decision, officially announced by the AFC to the Saudi Football Federation, reflects great confidence in the ability of Saudi cities to host major sporting events and provide a comprehensive environment for both players and fans.

The tournament will be held in Jeddah’s stadiums, which are known for their advanced infrastructure and ability to organize world-class sporting events. This hosting is an extension of the Kingdom’s efforts to support professional sports and enhance its position as one of the most important sporting destinations in Asia.

Jeddah’s hosting of the tournament follows the great success of the previous edition, which was held between April 26 and May 4 and saw Al-Ahli win the title after defeating Japan’s Kawasaki. This previous success confirms the Kingdom’s readiness to host this important continental event and present it in an exceptional manner.
